In this episode of Path Pedaler Mary Jo joins some new friends on the North Western State Trail for the very first To Mack & Back Poker Run to benefit the Top of Michigan Trails Council. They start their ride at Perrone Vineyards Farm House Stay where they draw their fist card and Bill Prall a local bike mechanic gives some tips on bike maintenance. Next stop was Carp Lake General Store for their next card draw. Then on to Mackinaw City where they draw three more cards. After all the cards are drawn Mary Jo takes some time to enjoy the sites. She talks to Craig Wilson from Mackinc State Parks and he gives here a tour of Colonial Michilmackinac and the Old Point Light House. Upon the return to Perrone Vineyards Jerry Perrone treats everyone to a great meal and some excellent wine! Everyone had a wonderful day and Mary Jo is looking forward to next years event.
